Today we had no mental math or notes, instead we just worked on our design and measurement problems that we got printed out yesterday. When we finish our problems we are supposed to pair up and correct each others project based on the marking rubric. It doesn't matter who corrects the problem, as long as it's not marked by you.

We went over the class policies and there is a slightly higher tolerance for Cell Phones as long as we are not distracted by them.

Along with the class policies he showed us a blog that lists relief kits and how to make them that you can make and send to the people who are in need of relief in Haiti.

Mr. Maksymchuk gave us our Mental Math sheets but we didn't do a mental math quiz, we just jumped into our first lesson: Matrix Modelling.

Our first assignment is to figure out which of these matrices can be added and subtracted to each other and write down the results.
